...was driven by the belief that justice should be for all.
One guy (James Wright) believed that a permanent charitable stream to fund justice causes could be drawn from the collective yearly $billion-dollar legal advertising budget that lawyers spend to promote themselves.
In pursuit of this vision, James Wright developed a legal advertising network model spanning across the globe and covering each of the common legal practice areas. In 2008, he began acquiring the footprint of web addresses that would serve as the foundational elements of this charitable model, driven by the concept of "And Justice For All".
In 2012, And Justice For All, LLC (joint venture between James Wright and Dan Goldstein) broke ground and began a path in pursuit of the principle that underlies those words.
The Global Law Firms network was developed to fulfill the principle of "And Justice For All". The Global Law Firms network spans over 100 websites, creating a strategic network that traverses the world in the name of “And Justice For All.”
Then, after almost a decade, this partner Dan Goldstein (now one of the Defendants) betrayed the charitable commitment and heart of And Justice For All and the Global Law Firms network.
Goldstein's sale of his other companies was tangled with the charitable Global Law Firms network, all 100+ website domain addresses and the charitable commitment and principle that the network was founded and built upon "...And Justice For All".
Upon information, knowledge and belief, Goldstein's sale revealed gross deception. Upon information, knowledge and belief the charitable purpose of And Justice For All and the Global Law Firms network had been deceived and bled like a parasite.
Now, Goldstein and other Defendants are demanding that the entire And Justice For All network be given to them for their salvage parts graveyard to be used for “link building” (betraying the intrinsic meaning of the American principle and the organization’s charitable commitment).
Upon information, knowledge, and belief, the Defendants intend to use their financial firepower to bully and dispose of And Justice For All and the Global Law Firms network to conceal a history of falsehoods and deceit.
Legal costs for the upcoming trial to ensure the charitable commitment of the network have already reached over $100,000.
